R100RSのフルカスタムをしました。
製作の内容ご紹介していきたいと思います！！
担当メカニックは西浦です。

それではまず今回カスタムした内容から。

These are details of custom
エンジン
・FCRキャブレター( FCR carburetor)
・当社オリジナルフルEX+チタンサイレンサー
(Ritmo original full exhaust + titanium silencer )

足回り＆車体回り
・オーリンズフロントフォーク( Ohlins front fork )
・ステアリングステム製作 (making steering stem )
・オーリンズリアショック 特注品 ( special order of Ohlins rear shock)
・前後ホイール F17 R18 ( front and rear wheel change to 17 &18 inch)
・フロント ブレンボ４podキャリパー ( brembo 4 pod caliper for front)
・296φフローティングディスク ( 296φfloating disk )
・前後ワンオフキャリパーサポート
( front and rear one-off caliper support)
・リアディスク化 ブレンボ２podキャリパー
( change to rear disk brake , brembo 2 pod caliper )
・フレーム加工 ( processing a frame )
・スイングアーム パラレバー化
( change the swing arm to para lever ( transplant from R100R) )
・対策ドライブシャフト

電装系
・エンデュララストオルタネータ ( Endura last alternator )
・バッテリー小型化 (miniaturize of battery)
・ETC取り付け

操作系
・ブレンボRCSラジアルマスター ( brembo radial master )
・ブレンボリアマスター ( brembo rear master)
・左右ステップ ワンオフ製作 ( one off rear sets)
・トマゼリスロットル ( tommaselli throttle)
・オリジナルアクセルワイヤー (original acceleration wire )

外装その他
・エンジンガード穴埋め、タンデムグリップ穴埋め等
( filling holes of engine guard , tandem grip )
・ガソリンキャップ加工変更 ニュートン
（change a fuel cap to Newton )
・ワンオフアルミバッテリーケース
（one-off aluminum battery case)
・メーターステー作成 ( making meter stay )
・２本サスシート加工取付 ( processing a seat for twin shock model )
・オールペイント ( exterior painting )

こちらがお預かりした最初の状態です。
これからフルカスタムをしていきます。
（This is normal R100RS. We started customize this vehicle .)

リアの足回りを加工するにあたり、干渉する部分を脱着していきます。
( To process a frame, take off the parts which interface )

マフラーステーは左右要らないので切断していきます。
（ Cut the stay of silencer ( right and left ))
この作業は鉄粉まみれになりながらでした・・・。
意外に固くて中々切るのが大変なんです。

スイングアームの入るスペースを確保するためフレームパイプを上部に移動。
( To secure a space for the swing arm, transport the frame pipe to the upper part)

スイングアームの逃げ加工。
この加工がないと当たってしまうんです。
(make clearance for the swing arm )

デフ回りをディスクブレーキ化するために分解と組立。
デフを分解、組み合わをしてディスクブレーキを取り付けられる様加工していきます。フゥ～。
（To change a brake to disk brake, disassembly and assembly )

トルクロットマウント等の小物を作成していきます。
すべて手作りのため時間がかかります。
でもここで手を抜くわけにはいきません！！
（ Then, made a mount of torque rod )

足回りを仮組してみました。
（finish the temporary assembly!)

次は右側もカットしてステップ回りの作成を紹介いたします！！
