ワンオフステンレスエキパイ+チタンサイレンサー+ワンオフステップ仕様

昨日はみぞれが東京にも降り、
酷かった乾燥が少し改善されました。
自分のかかとが余りの乾燥でひび割れ、
ここはグランドキャニオンか！という渓谷を作り出してました。
夏サンダルを履くまでに黒部渓谷位までに改善されればいいな。
女子力ってなんですか？
今日は久しぶりに製作記です。
↑で使用している同じ仕様のステンレスチタンサイレンサー
とステップまわりをワンオフで製作しましたので
そちらを紹介したいと思います！
※こちらのパーツはフレーム廻りの加工が取付に必要となります。
Today we're gonna introduce our original products, silencer and rear sent .
These parts are special made.
To install these parts, you need to process around the frame.
This order is from USA. We can ship the parts to overseas.
If you could process the around frame at your end , order the parts!
フロントパイプの角度を決めて加工・溶接します。
左右のパイプを揃えるのが重要となる作業です。
Weld the front pipe.
need to line up the right and left pipes.
エンジンとのクリアランスを調整しながら専用ジグで
固定します。
With aligning the clearance of engine , fix with the jig.
こちらは集合部分の各パーツを製作しとりあえず点付け溶接をします。
weld the each parts.
